Shipping & Returns

All our products will be delivered through courier companies, which will contact you before delivery to ensure someone is on site for signing up delivery document.

The following are the estimated delivery times for some states:

NSW: 3 – 4 working days
VIC: 3 – 5 working days
QLD: 3 – 7 working days
SA: 4 – 6 working days
WA: 5 – 10 working days

The above times are estimates only. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery after the payment confirmation.

Important Delivery Notes

Delivery is only done during Business hours. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as once the item its on the courier’s control, it will all depend on the freight company’s schedule of loading not on Acarlos refrigeration to reach destination

No cash on delivery.

A Carlos Refrigeration is not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods due to delivery but the freight company

If issues do arise, please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any issues in your favour.

Due to Occupational Health and Safety regulations, courier will only deliver the goods to ground levels, street kerb or your accessible loading docks. courier only deliver the items and they are not qualified technicians to provide installation of items, unless we previously agreed installation and it will be an extra cost of a technician to customer

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund if the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving .

after we had the opportunity to inspect the item, and have found the item its damaged beyond repair and you wish to claim for a refund, we will first offer you a replacement at not extra cost including all cost of freight and handling of both faulty and new item, if you prefer a refund instead, you can apply for a refund by simply contacting us by emailing : acarlosrefrigeration@yahoo.com  or by simply  calling our Sydney  customer  number  (02)98208831 ,please do so within 7 days upon receiving the item.

FREIGHT .

Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and condition as much as you possibly could, we will appreciate it very much.

When claims are made after the 7 day period, we will send our technician for an inspection and up on our discretion we will return or offer you a repair on the item.

If the item cannot be repaired, a replacement or refund will be provided to you if you so require but please allow us to try different options as long as you customer are completely satisfied with our product.
